James Krull is a seasoned construction leader with 19 years of experience built on discipline, hands-on field expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering results. His foundation in leadership began with his service in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantryman and Fire-Team Leader, where he developed core strengths in teamwork, time management, safety, and rapid problem-solving—traits that continue to define his management approach today.
James began his construction career as a laborer and rapidly advanced through roles including Superintendent, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Construction Manager. This “boots-on-the-ground” experience provides him with a deep and practical understanding of constructability, safety, and field operations. He doesn’t just oversee projects—he understands precisely how they are built from the ground up.
